These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.bigzigzag.com and the services provided by Big ZigZag. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.
About Us
Big ZigZag is a sole trader business operated by Melissa Woods, based in Newport, Shropshire, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@bigzigzag.com
Services
Big ZigZag provides virtual assistant and digital marketing services including but not limited to: written content, social media management, email marketing, visual content creation, website maintenance and campaign launch support.
The specific scope of services will be agreed in writing before work begins.
Quotes & Pricing
Hourly work is charged at £35 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours per booking. Monthly retainer packages are available as outlined on our Services page.
All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT. We are not currently VAT registered.
For bespoke projects a written quote will be provided before work commences. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Payment Terms
For hourly work, payment is due within 14 days of invoice.
Monthly retainer packages are invoiced at the start of each month and are due within 7 days.
3-month block bookings are invoiced in full upfront and are due within 7 days of the invoice date.
We reserve the right to pause work on any project where payment is overdue.
Retainer Hours
Retainer hours are allocated on a monthly basis and do not roll over to the following month. Any additional hours required above your package will be charged at £40 per hour and will be agreed with you in advance.
Cancellation Policy
For monthly retainers, one month's written notice is required to cancel. Notice must be given before the next invoice date to avoid being charged for the following month.
For 3-month block bookings, the full amount is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel before work begins please contact us within 48 hours of payment.
We reserve the right to terminate a working relationship with immediate effect if a client behaves in an unreasonable, abusive or unlawful manner.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all content and materials created by Big ZigZag for your business become your property. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share your business information, strategies or data with any third party without your explicit consent.
Liability
Big ZigZag will always endeavour to deliver work to the highest standard. However, we cannot guarantee specific results from marketing or digital services as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Our liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project or month in which any issue arose.
Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
